Well some people still don't get it,
Regardless of how much I've said,
I just strive to tell them the truth,
But they can't get it in their head.

Putting so much faith in leaders,
Thinking politics will heal our land.
But the actual problem is spiritual,
And it has gotten very out of hand.

We see defiance against the Lord,
It is in every place where we look,
God's truth is cast to the ground,
They just don't like His holy Book.

Yet if we forsake our own Creator,
It is certain we will not do so well,
The Bible makes the truth so clear,
The wicked will be turned into hell.

Is that not now what we're seeing,
As that old Devil has his vile way,
Gross sin all across this country,
If we refuse to repent we will pay.
