What if I said I was done,
And I won't preach anymore,
Would that make you happy?
Would you even laugh galore?

Well erase that foolish thought,
From your ungodly wicked mind,
As much as you would like it,
I'm just not the quitting kind.

It's just not my own decision,
God wound up my preaching key,
And because He loves you so much,
He will not just let you be.
