Oh that wretched tongue,
What an unruly member,
Sometimes it will burn,
Like the hottest ember.

When we become angry,
We let off with a curse,
If we don't control it,
It could get even worse.

Apostle James was right,
He said it so very well,
Untameable wild thing,
It's set on fire of hell.
