You say you're tired of my preaching,
Well, friend, I get so tired too,
No matter how much I keep warning,
It seems I can't get through to you.

You've built your wall of resistance,
Stubbornness and pride a mile high,
You foolishly reject the Lord Jesus,
Tho in your sins you are sure to die.

You say my efforts are so pointless,
That I should just give up the fight,
But I will just keep praying for you,
And hope someday you'll see the Light.
