People in the world are always talking,
They seem to have so many things to say,
But when it comes to speaking with God,
Their voices just suddenly all melt away.

In God's Word we are clearly informed,
That believing makes us the Lord's bride,
But imagine a bad marriage relationship,
Where all the wife wants to do is hide.

So now think about our Heavenly Father,
And how our shyness must make Him feel,
If you were standing in the Lord's place,
Would you believe your marriage is real?
